If you want to self-insure you may do that however keep in mind we do not insure your belongings only our building.

The only exception would be if there was a special that requires a certain amount of months that you rent a unit to get a discount.

Answer : The rent is always due on the first day of the month and it’s late after the fifth day.

Answer : You only pay for the days of that month. For example, if you rent on the 15th day of the month and the month is 30 days long you only pay 1/2 of the monthly rent as a minimum, If you choose to pay for the1/2month and the next full month in advance you can do so when you move in.

You can tell us at any point during the rental that you would like to have your payment made automatically either through a debit card or a credit card.
